During the coming months we expect to publish more detailed information about the tournament in this section.
For the time being we would like to invite you to participate in our veterans field hockey tournament. The tournament will consists of three separate competitions; men, women and mixed/recreational. All teams will play 7×7 and therefore will require a minimum of 7 players (including a goalie).
The current outline of the three day programm is:
- Friday, 17th of May during the evening: Optional Team meet and greet with Lowlands Cheese & Beer tasting party at the club house of MHC Voorhout.
- Saturday, 18th of May: Start of the tournament, with the first matches starting in the morning. We will end the day with a complimentary dinner at the club and big party in the village of Voorhout.
- Sunday, 19th of May: Continuation of the tournament, including finals after a lunch break, followed by the award ceremony and a farewell reception in the afternoon.
BECAUSE WE LIVE IN A TOURISTIC AREA AND IN A VERY BUSY PENTECOST PERIOD IN OUR REGION IT IS ADVISABLE TO BOOK YOUR (HOTEL) ACCOMMODATIONS QUICKLY.

We are located very near the airports of Schiphol Amsterdam(22km), The Hague Rotterdam(40km), Eindhoven(140km). There is a train station in Voorhout, 1 km from MHC Voorhout. We are also 1 km away from the A44 motorway and of course you can always visit the club with the most favorite Dutch means of transport, the bicycle (rental it is possible).
